I haven’t eaten anything all day, and my stomach has been giving me cramps throughout. So I decided to treat myself to something different. It looks kinda gross or weird, but I assure that it’s really tasty and so simple to make. My mom taught me how to make it as a side dish. Basically just tofu and preserved duck eggs (like the kind you get in rice porridge) topped with soy sauce and sesame seed oil for taste.
Meal:
- Boxed Tofu (99 Ranch)
- Preserved Duck Egg (99 Ranch)
- Kikoman Lite Soy Sauce (99 Ranch)
- Sesame Seed Oil (99 Ranch)
